Zarif Design is a non-profit fashion brand working with Afghani women, so the owner has limited time and resources to maintain the site.
The goals of the project were defined as:
1) Structuring the site to keep it current with as little intervention by the owner as possible
2) Have an easily visible, updatable platform for brand announcements
3) To beautifully show the collection of artisan made fashion
Web analytics of the existing site showed some of the most popular pages buried in lower levels of the navigation.
A reorganized site map offers easy access to the most important pages.
User tests revealed specific pain points.
The home page has three sections that update automatically when new content is added to the corresponding page or social media. This keeps the site current with a minimum of intervention by the busy owner, the primary goal of the project.
